The Kyoto Protocol is threatened

The United Nations Climate Change Conference, Durban 2011, has started since Monday, the 28th November and has brought representatives of the world's governments, international organizations and civil society.
Although none of the commitment was respected by Annex 1 countries in terms of finance or emissions reduction objectives, the situation is becoming worse since some countries have raise their intention to no longer be part of the Kyoto Protocol, the only binding agreement we have in the UNFCCC process. This is really unacceptable for the developing countries that are not responsible for the increase of the green house gazes and the global warning; rather they are suffering from the adverse impacts generated on their livelihoods and environment.
We'd like here to recall the principle of Common and Differentiate Responsibilities with regards to how we should avoid the extinction of humanity through climate change. In fact, it's all about that and there is no exception to that, neither in developed nor developing countries.
